Customers or their legal representatives may withdraw their consent to the collection, use, and provision of personal information at any time. To withdraw consent, please contact the phone number listed on the event page, or contact the Personal Information Manager by phone or email. The Clinic will immediately take necessary actions such as deleting the personal information.

① The Clinic processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 2 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information).
